Mr. Matus has 30 years of experience in the hotel, hospitality and construction industries. He leads his team with a hands-on management style and impressive business-risk acumen. Under his leadership, the organization has consistently met and exceeded corporate goals and objectives within progressively accountable leadership roles.

Mr. Matus is well versed in all facets of the hotel industry, including construction, renovation, ownership, and operations in multiple states with International markets. Mr. Matus’ franchise affiliations include IHG Intercontinental Hotels, Fairmont, Marriott, Hilton, Choice Hotels International, Sheraton, and Wyndham. Recognized for his business acumen & leadership qualities, he has been pursued to take on leadership roles in more than 10 entities across the United States and International Cities.

Margaret Santosa
Chief Operating Officer And Chief Financial Officer


A long time equity partner in NWHP Companies, Mrs. Margaret S. Yeong serves the entire multiple division vertically integrated enterprise as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her cross-functional multi-disciplinary role, Margaret is responsible for the overall financial management and operations elements of all divisions of the company, which include NWHP Management, Hi Tech Commercial Contractors full service design and construction, NOGC-RC EB-5 Investment, and the Equity components.

Her responsibilities include financial reporting and transparency, multiple corporate functionality including project finance, fiduciary control, treasury, investor relations, tax, audit and risk management. In addition to the financial aspects of her position, Margaret is responsible for the hotel operating group, asset management, capital project planning, human resources, new development planning and administration, franchise affiliation, and construction management initiatives of the NWHP Management.

She has more than 15 years of hospitality financial, operating, and new development experience. Margaret leads a team of professionals across each of these disciplines with proficiency in new construction and property opening and management processes, including budgeting and planning, performance benchmarking and measurement, ongoing lodging operations, internal audits and cash management. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston Texas.

Hector Vargas has extensive experience in all facets of hospitality management and Condominium Management. Hector Vargas is a 30 year veteran of the hospitality industry and is well respected executive in the field. He specializes in turnaround of underperforming operations, implementing inventory control systems that lower operating cost, establishment of policies that recruit, develop, retain employees, and structured training programs. Mr. Vargas affiliation is with Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, La Quinta, Best western, IHG and Choice.

Corporate Regional Director of Operations


Rick began his interest in the hotel industry by growing up in a family that has been in the business for nearly two decades. Rick has worked in the hotel’s industry from the time he was in high school and thru college. Working in every department of the hotels he worked, he has the solid business acumen, developing and managing budgets. Commitment to service excellence and attaining budgeted revenues and profits to meet and exceed expectations. Expertise in managing high volume accounts and obtaining exceptional service scores. Demonstrated the ability to be powerfully useful in building a dynamic team based trust and respect from long-term staff and new member of the team. Entrepreneurial leadership style with competent leadership, organizational, communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach to the problem –solves.

Experience in housekeeping, front desk, sales, food & beverage, catering sales and general accounting along with hotel General Management. Over the past 12 years, Rick has demonstrated successful his operational skills in the general management of hotels from 60 to 200 rooms and oversite of multiple hotels responsible for up to 100 employees.

Rick has attended and completed training with Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton and has also completed training with Micros, One Yield, STAR, Opera, Fosse, and various systems. In addition to the training skills and knowledge, Rick has also had a track record of development and coaching committed teams to deliver company goals. With an infatuation for the hotel business, Rick demonstrates the commitment and dedication to success.

Corporate Director of Revenue Management and Sales


Roushan as Corporate Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing overall.

Hotel revenue and profit through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data as well as knowledge in Hi Technology to position the hotels ahead of the compt set.

Roushan has over 20 years’ experience in hotels to include Sales & Marketing, Catering/Conference Services & Revenue Management.

Roushan has worked with a wide variety of brands to include: Intercontinental Hotels Group, Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Choice Hotels, Starwood and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Vice President, Hi-Tech Commercial Contractors


Mr. Yeong is an Arquitect has more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction; a true veteran in the commercial contracting industry. Mr. Yeong leads construction endeavors utilizing extensive proficiencies he has gained out in the field, on site, and in the office.

Mr. Yeong is the Vice President of Construction and is responsible for leading construction endeavors, utilizing extensive proficiencies gained in the field, on-site and in the office. He has more than 10 years of Hospitality Food and Beverage industry experience and is considered a true veteran in the commercial contracting field.
